🏗️ From Raw Materials to Masterpiece: Our trumpets begin their journey from raw materials. Every solid part is precision-machined from bar stock, and each tube is carefully drawn to its specific size and taper from oversized dimensional tubing. We work with a variety of materials, including yellow brass, copper, nickel, red brass, rose brass, and bronze, to create a rich tonal palette.
🏭 In-House Expertise: Wherever possible, we craft every component in-house. Our skilled artisans manage all machining of the valve bodies, assembly, and brazing with exceptional precision. Each pump is meticulously drilled, lined, brazed, and machined to perfection.
🌀 Art of Metalwork: Tube drawing and metal spinning are also integral parts of our in-house production process, allowing us to control every aspect of trumpet creation.
🛠️ Fine-Tuned Detailing: To ensure the highest standards of quality, each trumpet undergoes honing after assembly. This process fine-tunes the interior diameter of each pump port to a designated size. Additionally, each individual pump receives exterior honing to remove excess mass. Our pumps are hand-lapped to a final fit, further showcasing the level of care and precision that goes into each instrument.
